This seminar is for everyday Christians--it is not an evangelism seminar. Randy was re-birthed as an evangelist in 2008 at the age of 50, and immediately answered the call to go to the streets (Matthew 28:19-20).
Now, as a retired pastor he is fulfilling God's call to impart. "He gave the...evangelists...to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ...to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ" (Ephesians 4:11-13).
The FFL seminar is a half day discipleship experience, instilling Christians with a strong desire to actively participate in Christ's discipleship methods. Jesus said, "There is food you know not of." Every Christian should know how to seek the table of the fullness of Christ, should they want to taste of it.
